PolyChem 36

Polychem® 36 was developed to remove uncured paints, resins, oils and inks without attacking metals, plastic or glass substrates.
Polychem® 36 has a combination of surfactants, builders and works on a wide variety of cleaning and flushing applications. The Polychem 36 has no HAP's is non-flammable and biodegradable.
Polychem® 36 has been found to be a direct replacement for materials such as MEK and Xylene in many coating facilities.
Polychem® 36 may be applied by such methods, as wipe on wipe off, spray, immersion, ultrasonics, and floor scrubbers.

For speed and efficiency the following guidelines are recommended:
*- Solution reduction range*	1 to 3 parts XS solution to 10 parts water. (See the PP-15 process tank)
*- Solution temperature range*	140 to 160 °F supply temperature. (See the PP-15 process tank)
*- Solution pressure range*	60 to 100 psi supply pressure.
*- Purge air pressure range*	60 to 100 psi purge air supply.
