PolychemÒ Formulations (Acra-Strip)

PolychemÒ Acra-Strip 200 is a neutral semi-aqueous detergent liquid product specifically designed for removing glues, tar / asphalt based or chemical adhesives from tiles, mastic, floors, synthetic surfaces like formica, corian, linoleum, fiberglass, etc.

PolychemÒ Acra-Strip 600 is an Extra Strength neutral semi-aqueous detergent and is very effective as a cleaner for flushing paint lines, paint spills, inks, grease, oil or other contamination.

PolychemÒ Acra-Strip 1000 is a heavy duty neutral semi-aqueous detergent concentrate used to strip cured paints from aluminum and other soft metals, steel, brass, coppert, etc.  The vapor pressure of the water soluble/dispersible solvents in this system in their pure form is less than 1mm of Hg at 20 Deg. C.(68 Deg. F.).  Its main advantage is that it evaporates about 500 times slower than acetone and its dailt emissions are reduced over 95% from sources with a fixed surface area.  Examples of fixed surface area include tool clean-up tanks and containers receiving line flushes.

PolychemÒ Acra-Strip cleans and brightens copper and brass.

The active ingredient of PolychemÒ Acra-Strip allows the thorough removal of residual glue such as, urethanes, polyesters, epoxy, asphalt or tar based adhesives.

PolychemÒ Acra-Strip allows the thorough removal of residual paints such as urethanes, polyesters, enamels, etc., during rapid color changes.  PolychemÒ Acra-Strip replaces solvent materials like MEK, acetone, Methylene chloride, Xylene, Toluene and many others in rmoving such soils.
