This specification contains information for all bake enamels, polyesters, and other oven cured coatings.

Dilution Ratio: 6 Parts Water to 1 Part XS-790
Temperature: 120 - 140 Degrees F
Line Pressure: 40 PSI Minimum
VOC Content: Zero
HAPS Content: Zero
Solvent Content: Zero
Flash Point: None

Applicable Equipment..... Electrostatic, HVLP, Pressure Pot, and Most Other Equipment.

Procedure for Test..... Dilute XS-790 at 6 to 1 with water and heat to 140 degrees F.   Send the XS-790 through the line to be purged using the same procedure that you normally follow.  Be sure to have 40-50 PSI of pressure in order to insure a thorough flush.  Residual XS-790 will be evacuated upon recharge of the next paint as its' specific gravity and surface tension is well under that of the coating.  Be sure to release a one second discharge of the fresh paint prior to applying the coating to a new substrate to insure complete evacuation.  The PolychemÒ PP-15 can be used in actual production usage to maintain temperature and concentration.
