PolychemÒ XS-790 is a low-foaming caustic-free alkaline liquid product specifically designed for flushin paint line.

PolychemÒ XS-790 is very effective as a paint line stripper and cleaner for multiple color changes in automated and manual pain line systems

PolychemÒ XS-790 does not contain VOC and SARA reportable chemicals.   The active ingredient of PolychemÒ XS-790 allows the thorough removal of residual paints such as, urethanes, polyesters, and enamels during rapid color changes.   PolychemÒ XS-790 replaces solvent materials like MEK, Methylene chloride, Xylene, Toluene and many others in flushing the paint lines.

PolychemÒ XS-790 works in conjunction with the PP-15 Hot Tank in order to provide a turn-key process for pre-heating, diluting, and recirculating the solution.
