PolychemÒ Formulations (AS-600)

The AS-600 formulation was designed to work in the patented PolychemÒ purging process of using aqueous formulations as line purge solutions in solvent based and water based coatings applications.  The key objectives of the PolychemÒ Technical Team in formulating the AS-600 was to:

1. Reduce Costs Associated with Line Purging Solutions.

   Average per gallon cost reductions are between $0.50 and $1.00 or 33-55% and is re-useable without the need of solvent stills.

    

2. Reduce VOC Air Emmissions.

   AS-600 contains less than 10% VOC Content in the prepared solution.

    

3. Eliminate HAPS and SARA Reportables.

   AS-600 Does Not contain SARA or HAPS reportable additives.

    

4. Surpass the Capability of Solvents.

   AS-600 and all other PolychemÒ Formulations are designed to CLEAN not THIN like solvent technology thus providing more thorough results.  This in turn will lead to cleaner lines and better paint transfer.
