DESCRIPTION: Acrastrip 600 B&G MOD (MILITARY) is a patented formula specially designed to purge (chemical agent resistant coating) CARC paints. CARC paints are very resistant to cleaning and until now required toxic products for cleaning and purging. Polychem Acrastrip 600 B & G MOD (MILITARY) is a neutral, completely biodegradable and water dilutable composition designed for flushing paint lines and stripping of particular military specification paints such as urethanes, acrylics, epoxies, waterbornes, and high solids bake enamels. Acrastrip 600 easily cleans electrostatic bells and guns as well as pressure pots and pumps during multiple and rapid color changes.

The active ingredient of Polychem Acrastrip 600 B & G MOD (MILITARY) allows the thorough removal of residual paints during rapid and multiple color changes. Polychem Acrastrip 600 B & G MOD (MILITARY) replaces solvent materials such as MEK, acetone, xylene, toluene and many other solvents used in military painting facilities.

Single Component Moisture Cured Top Coat

PROPERTIES: Acrastrip 600 B&G MOD (MILITARY) is completely HAPS free and does not contain of any SARA 313 listed solvents. Polychem Acrastrip 600 B & G MOD (MILITARY) contains only 0.77 lbs/gal VOC at 15% use concentration, which is less than 10% compared to 100% VOC solvents. The technological improvement of surface chemistry coupled with fluid dynamics of Acrastrip 600 B & G MOD (MILITARY) enables it to perform as well as a solvent, but without the toxicity and hazardous waste disposal problems.
