| The AS 750 is biodegradable cleaner made from as blend of organic materials. Formulated to replace hazardous solvents such as acetone, MEK and xylene the AS 750 is non-flammable, non-toxic and HAPS free. The AS 750 is effective at removing resin, gel coat, epoxy and urethane from rollers, tools, brushes, scissors, guns and hands. | ROLLER /TOOLCLEANING Use in a 5 gallon pail with a grit guard to prevent re-deposition. Also may be used in the Acrabrush Automatic Roller Cleaning Station. Apply with agitation against grit guard or spinning brush, shake off excess droplets. Take rollers apart for overnight soaking. INTERNAL MIX GUN FLUSH Use the Acrastrip 750 with fluid pressure above 40 psi, flush into a container for re-use. EXTERNAL MIX GUN AND GEL COAT GUNS Soak all parts in a pail with a grit guard to prevent re-deposition. Safe on seals and hoses. PUTTY RIG/ADHESIVE (WELD ON OR PLEXUS) EQUIPMENT PURGE Flush with no less than 40psi. Save the used fluid, allow to separate and re-use. RESIN STRIPPING Fully immerse the part to be stripped in ambient fluid overnight. |
