| ROLLER CLEANING / TOOL CLEANING WET RESIN: Submerge roller, agitate side to side in a pail or tank, sling off excess fluid prior to reuse. Works very well in an Acrabrush machine and in a pail with a grit guard and bag filter as well. INTERNAL MIX GUN FLUSH Flush with 50 PSI or greater into a dump pail for eventual re-use. Be sure to soak the gun tips in Acrastrip whenever the gun is not in use. The gun body may also be submerged in Acrastrip without damage to seals or hoses. (Plug resin/activator/and air openings). EXTERNAL MIX GUN AND GEL COAT GUNS Wipe tip in between uses, soak tip when not in use. Flush hoses and pumps with 50 PSI or greater. PUTTY RIG/ADHESIVE EQUIPMENT PURGE Blow out system with air, follow with product at 50 PSI or greater. Leave the Acrastrip in the line when not in use for additional stripping. Blow out with air before reloading putty/adhesive. MARBLE WASH /SOLID SURFACE/SPRAY WASH MACHINES Use at full strength, re-use the fluid after settling and filtration. FINISHING AREA Use @ 1-1 with water for non-skid and rail cleaning. Use with 3 parts water for all lighter cleaning. Use undiluted in the Polychem double funnel system for precision gun cleaning |
